Since our founding in 1989, we have partnered with our clients through planning, consulting, approval & execution services. Over 200 projects ranging from small buildings and interiors to large residential complexes, major mixed-use commercial-residential developments, educational institutions, hotels and resorts, and large layouts across Mumbai bear the unmistakable hallmark of Space Moulders.

Principals

Space Moulders established in 1989, spearheaded by Chandan Kelekar, a Gold Medalist in Architecture and Pratima Kelekar. Together they have a cumulative and collective experience and expertise of planning and designing Residential, Commercial and Educational Institutional projects.
